Kep1er Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the legally binding terms of use between you as the user and kep1er as the platform operator. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the kep1er platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately and must not proceed with account registration.
Continued use of the kep1er platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. This platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia who have reached the legal age of majority under applicable local law. kep1er reserves the right to deny access or terminate the account of any user without prior notice should a breach of these terms occur.
You acknowledge that you are a legally competent individual capable of entering into contractual agreements, and that your use of this platform is entirely in a personal capacity.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on kep1er. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading may result in account suspension or closure without compensation. kep1er reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time to ensure the integrity of account information.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. kep1er will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account will be attributed to you, unless you have promptly reported a security compromise to us.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the kep1er platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate platform systems, or use unauthorised third-party software will result in immediate account closure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the kep1er platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to you legally and is not owned by a third party.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released. kep1er reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while account verification is underway if there are signs of suspicious activity or inconsistencies in account information.
Tax & Fiscal Responsibilities
It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with any tax obligations or financial reporting requirements that may arise from use of this platform under applicable Malaysian law. kep1er is not liable for any tax implications incurred by users.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Kep1er Limitation of Liability
The kep1er platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kep1er is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, loss of data, or transaction processing delays due to technical factors beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kep1er reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or suspicious activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or upon instruction from a competent authority. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kep1er platform — including the brand name, logo, designs, text, images, and software — is the property of kep1er and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from kep1er.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The kep1er platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. kep1er is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or security practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately before using their services.
Amendments to Terms & Change Notices
Kep1er reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the kep1er platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kep1er regarding your use of this platform.
